MegaGems is a rewards platform that allows users to earn points by completing various activities including:

• Completing sponsored offers and surveys
• Downloading and trying mobile applications
• Watching advertisements
• Referring new users to the platform
• Daily login bonuses and wheel spins

Points earned can be redeemed for various rewards including gift cards, PayPal cash, and other digital rewards.

As a user of MegaGems, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Maintain one account per person (multiple accounts are prohibited)
• Complete offers genuinely and not use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the point system
• Respect the terms of third-party offer providers
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or violate any laws

Points have no cash value outside of the MegaGems platform. Point values and reward availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to adjust point balances if fraudulent activity is detected. Reward processing may take 1-7 business days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated tools or bots
• Fraudulent offer completion
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities

MegaGems is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost points, delayed rewards, or service interruptions.
